Because skincare and personal care products are products intended for use on the body and are subject to hygiene and safety considerations, opened, used, or partially used skincare products are generally not eligible for return.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon by Kalynchuk Aesthetics.
